This isn't a song about drugs. It's a drug anthem. It's also very overrated, and in fact Are You Experienced is my least favorite Hendrix album. He did much better sticking to blues.

Drummond, I'm thinking it might have been quicker and easier for you to come up with a songs not about drugs list, well, at least for the 1966-1972 period...
