Stark and simple song, and rather brief too, it's title makes the subject matter pretty obvious I would say.

This is probably the most beautiful, and yet haunting song about heroin addiction, and having known some addicts the line "every junkie's like a setting sun" has brought me to tears at times. Neil would know. He's had his own problems. Given the lyrics, I think this song is actually about somebody he knew. "Milk blood to keep from running out."
