11/06/2007 | Yes...a steak needs some kind of seasoning that includes salt and pepper. However, this must be put on before cooking the steak. Adding salt and pepper to a steak that is already cooked is just not right.

11/06/2007 | For a high quality steak, salt and pepper are all that's needed. For the chuck steak that's more within range of my budget, some montreal steak seasoning and a generic brand knock-off of A-1 steaksauce are needed as well.
