I find that brushing on a light application of this mixed with black pepper improves a cheaper cut of steak. The key word is light, remember, and the application should take place before grilling.

One or two shakes of this before grilling restores some of the salt, and adds a tiny bit of flavor, without overpowering the taste of the beef. Recommended.

An hour in Worcestershire sauce and Hy's Seasoning and grilled to medium rare is the standard at home steak at the WildYears house. If I have time, there are a couple of sauces that I'll prepare, including a tomato, pinaple and bourbon sauce.
