I read up about this stuff and bought some from GNC at one time. I took the recommened two pills a day. The only thing I noticeably got out of it was a bit of indegestion.

According to various sources, this bark from the African tree Pansinystalia yohimbe is the only natural aphrodesiac with some level of confirmation. Not sure what the details are, but it's reported as the most "unambiguous" of aphrodesiacs.
