 | Djahuti (53) 03/08/2006 | Not exactly a page turner,thanks to author Toozes somewhat dry and factual yet scholarly approach.This book does offer us some insights and snippets of info about the Legendary Blues Master McKinley Morganfield,better known as Muddy Waters-but I guess his music tells us best about his heart and soul after all.In her defense,the author has done painstaking research about recording sessions,and this is great for hardcore blues afficionados.Worth checking out also is the forward by the formidable axemeister Eric Clapton,perhaps the most inspired part of the book.
