03/08/2006 | This is a very good book by the late author Nicholas Schaffner, a quite decent music journalist. While it's not filled to the brim with interesting nuggets of trivia, it does provide a decent analysis of their music up to the early 80's, and a solid glimpse into their history. A good book for both casual fans and hardcore devotees of the group.
