Thank God this law wasn't applied to Texas roughly 15 years ago; I'd be sitting pretty in the pen if that were the case. I cut down tons of cactus' and I blame them for it too; it's not my fault they grew in my bike's path and broke my fall! :-) They got what the deserved, especially after I had to sit in my front yard, for hours, in a swimsuit with my mom plucking thorns from my back with a pair of tweezers!
