I guess I was in a tired and emotional state the other night when I left Murphy's Strip Bar and Armenian Grill.

Sad thing is that's accurate for some (I much rather like the happy drunks). Ever have to be sober and hear a drunk person all of their guilts from grade school?

Originally this was the euphemism used in the British press for politicians or other public figures who appeared to be drunk.
