All Organic Diet 5

My family has gone 'all organic' as of about 3 months ago. It was a pretty financially scary decision. Our local 'health' grocery is definately higher priced than the local supermarket.

We are all pretty happy that we did.The more I read, the more I don't trust food that is grown too far away. Most our produce is locally grown in season.

We have also started a great herb & vegetable garden that has really reduced our dependence on outside sources. There is nothing like a meal that you pick from your own garden with your hands.
