No chance at all. First of all, being a politician from New Jersey instantly puts you under suspicion of corruption. I personally think New Jersey is grossly misrepresented, but if you ask most Americans about the state whose residents they trust the least, it's that one. Second, Corzine actually shut down the state government during the budget crisis of '06. That kind of event would absolutely kill any candidate in an age where people want an always-vigilant government. Third, he has a beard and looks like a college professor. 'Nuff said.
