04/14/2008 | I have this piercing and I love it. When I got it pierced, it didnt hurt at all, but as days went by it became sore. But after the soreness faded(which took about 4 days), I had no problems what so ever.

03/13/2006 | Before my belly ring; I had considered this. I have since changed my mind, and plan on getting no more piercings, EVER! For people who want to have their cartilage pierced, do me a favor...NEVER let someone pierce you with a gun! Guns cannot be cleaned (which means the risk of exposing yourself to the germs of others). It also increases the risk of infection, as it shatters surrounding cartilage and increases the healing time by several weeks. Always make sure you're being pierced with a needle; no professional piercers would come near you with a gun, and if they do...they're NOT a professional!
