A great late charge by the Orangeman, but they have to face Duke in the Sweet 16 and that is where their bubble will burst.

I love Gerry McNamara. The kid plays with so much heart; enough to beat Duke in the Sweet Sixteen? I think so. Syracuse to the National Semis before a loss to UCLA.

Syracuse has a tough 2nd round matchup with LSU, and I think thats where their tournament ends. They played great ball this week to win the Big East's automatic berth, but I think they might have peaked then. All of their Big East games were close, and no team can win all of the close ones. If they do make a run deep into the tournament, the 2006 Syracuse team will be one of the best NCAA stories in recent memory.
