People move in and out of this state at ease. Often many are wanted in other states for such things as Fraud, Assault, Embezzelment, Rape, and even Murder. Many of them come to this state to do crime such as many of the young innocent girls such as Carlia Brucia and Jessica Lundsford who are raped and murdered by such scum.
