08/16/2007 | I just bought a small Fender Guitar Amp, and I love it. I was looking to spend less than $100 and buy something that wouldn't put my neighbors into a rage. It came down to the Crate and the Fender. Back to back, there was no comparison. The Fender sounded cleaner, plus came with a four year warrenty. About two weeks into it, playing at all volumes, and I couldn't be happier with my Fender amp.
As an aside, after playing the acoustic guitar for several years, plugging in for the first time was magnificent. Control over the volume, the ease of hitting chords on an electric vs. an accoustic, and that cool, mettalic sound as the sounds blow through the amp - it really is fantastic. If you've never plugged in before, I highly recommend it.
