I like how the Indians have developed their team. They are a year away from the playoffs and a contender this season. The AL Central is a solid division this season.

I think they are only a couple years off. Losing Millwood stings but the offense is good and they have a young and talented ballclub. Give them two years and they'll be in the playoff hunt.

A good team that is knocking on the door. All they needis a bit more pitching.

I think the Indians have a good chance of being the Wild Card team in the AL this year. They have a solid young pitching staff with Sabathia, Lee, and Westbrook. If players like Haffner, Sizemore, and Belliard continue to produce offensively, then they may be able to move towards the playoffs coming out of the relatively weak AL Central.

Terrific array of young talent in the field, but I think they need to either develop or acquire more solid pitching first. Notice that they're doing the exact same thing they did to make them a powerhouse from the mid 90's to the early 2000's: drafting, developing, and trading for prospects and signing them to long term contracts, a very sound strategy. Maybe in '07, though they could go quite far this year, and have a shot at the whole thing, not a really, really strong one, but a shot nevertheless.
