Greatest team this year and every season

They may finally dethrone the Braves in the AL East with the way they have bought their team. The everyday lineup is solid, but the question mark as far as making it to the finish line will be their staring pitching.

Great looking club. I think they have a great chance of making the playoffs. Delgado and Wagner will definitely help their cause. I predict them to finish in the wildcard spot.

The Mets could win their division or be the wild card. Their starters are all decent to very good, they have a good closer if Wagner stays healthy, and Beltran, Delgado, young David Wright, and Floyd are all good with the stick. Should contend at the least, and have a shot at making the Series, not an overwhelmingly great shot, but a shot.

Always seem to be not as good as the sum of its parts.Lots of talent here.Wright is their stud.Wagner and Delgado fill holes and LoDuca is a team leader. It adds up......but since they are the Mets, they just might find a way to foof it up.

The Mets should be competitive in the NL East. Their pitching staff is solid, especially if Pedro Martinez is effective and healthy, and their offense is pretty strong. David Wright is a budding star at third base, and Carlos Beltran should have a big year after struggling somewhat in 2005.
