Which Foreman?
Against the young big bombing thug, Lewis catches a punch and takes a KO in the late rounds.
Against the older, smarter Foreman, Lewis goes the distance and probably gets the decision.

Unless Lewis was allowed to bring a firearm into the ring, and maybe even if he was, he would have received the beating of his life.

Lennox Lewis vs. George Foreman? It depends on what version of Foreman we are talking about. But for the sake of it, let's use both. The older, more patient George Foreman (especially from the 1990s) would likely have lost to a prime Lewis, given that Lewis would have not walked into Big George's bombs. With Lewis's speed and overall conditioning, I envision him winning similarly to the way Evander Holyfield did against Foreman in the early 1990s- that is, of course, without a knockdown (but a lopsided decision win, nevertheless). But if we are talking about the early 1970s version of George Foreman, I would say Foreman might have won in a knockout. Lewis was always susceptible to a big punch, and given the 1970s version of Foreman, an accumulation of heavy punches and a dropped guard by a tiring Lewis would have spelled disaster for the Brit at the hands of the scowling Foreman.
