Do not take aspirin or tylenol before you go to sleep. Aspirin will just cause stomach aggravation and tylenol mixes with the alcohol in your system and could explode your liver. Yes that was an exaggeration, but it could cause fatal liver complications.

An aspirin after you wake up however can be helpful in getting rid of that annoying headache.

I have mixed feelings about even suggesting this as a "cure", as it is a destructive and wrong-headed solution to a temporary problem (unless you're an alcoholic, in which case it becomes a chronic problem; of course, if you resort to Vicodin as a cure, you'll probably end up a pill addict as well), but it's something I engaged in somewhat regularly in my younger, more recklessly self-destructive days. The morning of my hangover (after I was able to crawl out of bed), I'd pop the Vicodin or Percocet that had been prescribed for my migraines, and the pain and nausea would disappear and I would pass the day in a pleasantly euphoric haze. Problem was, I ultimately had to deal with the debilitating effects of not just the overconsumption of booze, but the misuse of pain-killers to boot (and they have a hangover effect all their own). In other words, the inevitable "crash" was only delayed, and intensified. Thankfully, I've pretty much overcome the days of excessive boozing and I've found other ways of dealing with headaches besides drugs.
