I think Nascar is ok. I don't watch it all the time, but I watch it sometimes. I'll admit it gets real boring when they never crash. I like it when they crash. But I watch Football and Basketball more than Nascar.

Not a sport and the most boring thing on T.V.

I love watching nascar but there are only a handful of guys out there who can win.Not much competition.

This is an amazing, family friendly sport.  If you ever go to a race in person, you'll be hooked.  It's nothing like watching it on TV.  And, it's not just "rednecks"-all kinds of people enjoy NASCAR.  The caricature presented of a typical NASCAR fan is not only untrue, but also unfair.  There are many middle class and even upper class fans of the sport, just as there are minorities and women who enjoy it.  The stereotype of the drunken redneck is not the typical fan anymore as far as I'm concerned.

I've been a fan since 1991. Has changed drastically over the years. Though I love the drivers & the actual racing, I think that is has gotten too political. I do NOT like it that the 'name' of the divisions change & then they change the history of racing (EX: Jeff Gordon is NOT a 4x NEXTEL Champion. He is a 4x WINSTON CUP Champ)Let's get back to the good ole days when the guys jump into the cars & race. Let them fight out their problems w/ their fists instead of making them act like all is OK.

Not a fan of this loud, gas guzzling "sport". Just an excuse for a throng of rednecks to get together for a giant beer drinking carnival.

I don't like this "sport." It destroys our ozone layer, it's too long, and the drivers are only making left turns! Also, what's the deal with the confederate flags at Nascar events!?
