Hibbert is a good athlete for a guy his size, and quite frankly there aren't many players who are legitimatley taller than 7 feet in college. He has developed his skills well while at Georgetown, but there is something lacking in his game. He doesn't quite appear aggressive enough to be a star, and I don't know how well his game will translate into the NBA.

Though the system he plays in may not allow him to contribute more statisticly, I want more numbers. He is a very good player and who doesn't like his size, but he really hasn't won anything.

Hibbert played himself into the lottery yesterday by holding his own against - or even outplaying - Greg Oden. That his team lost probably won't bother NBA scouts. Against the nation's dominant big man, Hibbert delivered when it counted.
