I don't get it. The wait at this restaurant (16th Street Mall location) is usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a Saturday night. I am absolutely amazed that people are willing to wait that long to eat at a fairly conventional chain restaurant. Granted, the menu is extensive, and the food is quite tasty. On the other hand, the atmosphere is horrible- it's loud, cramped, and dark. Plus, the food is overpriced, in my opinion. I wouldn't mind stopping by for lunch sometime, but I don't plan to return there for dinner. It's too much of a hassle.

Decent food, but overpriced.

The menu is TOO extensive and IMHO, results in food that tastes like it comes from a replicator, not a kitchen that is staffed by live professional chefs. Certainly not worth the interminable waits, which management insists on even at off peak times tables are empty. Front of the room staff is very full of itself (I am superior to you because I work here). With all the great places to eat in downtown Denver, this is a place to go if you want to show your date that you have no imagination whatsoever (or you are trying to fatten him/her up for market).
