Kind of a non- entity, or a "Why am I here?" sort. A short tenure, that wasn't very notable, aside from the fact that the idea for splitting up the bulky leagues into divisions, which was implemented the season after he left, originated during his tenure. The Millard Fillmore of baseball commisioners, easily the most obscure name on this list.
