Giamatti's protege, pretty similar guy, bright to a lesser degree- but probably the weakest of commissioners, in fact, so weak he was ousted from his position. Kind of an annoying guy to me when he was talking, and, sort of reminded me of a workaholic straight laced, sober, ultra -serious bank manager who hasn't had ANY fun AT ALL since his cold, business only, parents told him he MUST NEVER EVER have fun AGAIN when he was 4.
