On a personal note, my grade nine french teacher, Miss Greenwood used to wear mini-skirts and sit on the front of her desk swinging her legs while she taught. For society's sake, we need more hot teachers who know what they're talking about. Students will pay more attention in class and hence we will get smarter people. Of course, we don't want the teachers wearing any revealing clothing with their ass and boobs hanging out. This would totally distract them from the task at hand.

this can go for girls too. when I was in middle and high school, I can think of a couple of male teachers i had a bit of a crush on. me and a bunch of other gals too. they were usually younger, funny and had this charm to them. not so unusual.

I think it's perfectly understandable for adolescent males to desire an older woman in a position of authority to guide them through their inexperience. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this became an enduring feature of their fantasies in later life either.
