I know plenty of guys get fired up over cartoon characters, but I have never thought a cartoon character was hot. Its just a drawing, and it does absolutely nothing for me.

Much later I discovered Red, from the Tex Avery cartoons. Damn, she was really hot.

I'm embarrassed to admit that when I first started coming into the heat of passionate adolescence, I'd watch "Popeye" cartoons and think to myself, "Why is Popeye chasing Olive Oyl away? That's the easiest sex he'll ever find! If it was me, I wouldn't be chasing her away, that's for sure. Yeah, she's ugly, and she's built like a sexless stick, but she's still a female, albeit a cartoon female, and she's obviously desperate for it. Hey, better her than the Sea Hag!" Less embarrassingly, I also was infatuated with a female character from the 1969 Rankin Bass (the same people who did "Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer") movie I saw as a kid, "The Mad Monster Party", and she was named Francesca. She was more of a puppet than a cartoon, although she was designed by Jack Davis, who did great cartoons for the old E.C. Comics and Mad Magazine. Francesca may have been a puppet, but she had red hair, enormous breasts, voluptuous lips, and soulful, seductive eyes. Even as a kid, she captured my heart, and supplanted Allison Hayes and Yvonne Craig as my favorite object of juvenile lust.

I asked a guy once who he thought was the most sexiest female and he said "Jessica Rabbit" from "Who Framed Rodger Rabbit"!!??!! Shes not even a real person for goodness sakes, just a concucted idea of a man on some serious high testosterone level when he thought of creating Rodgers wife. I mean look at the female cartoon characters that men like "Betty Boo", "Penelope Pitstop" and "Jessica Rabbit". Now there is no way in hell a girl can say she likes "Johnny Bravo" or "Mighty Mouse" as ones a meat head and the others a animal, now what does that say about the medias attitude towards women?

Oddly enough I had a crush on the girl cat from Heathcliff.
