One of the true ironies of life is that people who are kind and meek are the ones who are usually the most confident in themselves, because they don't need to prove anything to anyone. Those are the ones who in turn make the best leaders, as they're the ones who can best empathize. The people who make the most noise are the ones who need to be loud to justify their shortcomings, whatever they may be. These are the ones to watch out for...the obsessive-compulsive types.
