Hackman is a retired CIA agent, what else in Hollywood, who is brought back to deliver a trade of a Russian spy for an American spy. The Cold War is over and all this is taking place in the new united Berlin.
Well it all goes haywire, and really turns into a good buddy caper with Hackman and Mikhail Baryshnikov, as the Russian that Hackman is to turn over, on the run when the deal goes South! Watch and enjoy. I love the transvestite bar scene in Berlin with the Marlene Dietrich style chanteuse.
