I was semi-joking on this one, but in Mexico citizens can make citizens arrests and have illegals deported. What a concept.

Man, some people here don't understand jack about sh!t when it comes to being an armed individual within a couple hours of our border. Just so nobody freaks, I am not involved with these guys nor do I know any, but I do understand where they are coming from. These are pissed off ranchers whose words of concern about armed men on their property taking occasional shots at them and their property keep getting ignored. What would you do? I'd shoot the assholes for trespassing. That being said, if we took the proper measures these men wouldn't have a thing to be pissed about, so deputizing them would only make matters worse. Dismissing them as trigger happy nutballs isn't going help matters either, so don't just dismiss them as crazy racists who just want an excuse to shoot "wetbacks" as some would refer to the people coming our way.

I like the idea, but it can't legally be done.
