I've had Cable internet for about 3 years now with Blue Ridge, first with G7 and now G10. It's amazingly fast when it works but i've probably had 15-20 calls where the internet would become slower than dial-up during my time with blue ridge. Blue Ridge would always claim this was my fault and i'd have to take the day off to have a technician come only to say it's in the lines. I would most certainly switch if anybody else offered service in my area. The Customer Service Reps seem to have no idea what they're doing. They just tell me the same old stuff "restart modem and computer." I wish they had at least someone trained to talk to me as if i wasn't 7 years old. Currently I am soon to be going without internet because my internet times out hundreds of times a day and they can't seem to figure it out. Please take my advice and use a more reliable company if you can.

horrible internet service, it cuts out at least once per day and sometimes more.

BRC was unable to maintain my installation appointment. The technician showed up one day early and left a tag on my door. I called the following morning to confirm my correct appointment, but BRC could not honor the original appointment. They offered to come "some time between 9 and 5" that day to make me happy. I was unable to blow off a whole day of work because of their mistake, and BRC was unable to call me an hour before they would be able to meet me at my house to install. Now, I must reschedule an appointment and wait another week or so to get my service. During this time I will be shopping for another provider.
