One of the reasons (probably the main reason) that I've made so few lists is that my use of RIA is limited to only a very few minutes at one sitting. I don't have enough time at one go to create an entire list and to do it well. What I would like is the ability to create a list but to save it as a "draft" until such time as I feel it's completed and ready for people to see.

Since the weblist edit/create function has only been revamped as opposed to created from scratch, I can't give the change more than three stars, but I will say that this is a definite improvement over the prior setup. As other comments have noted, the ability to add up to three items at a time is a bonus and the seamless transition from editing the list or specific items to looking how the list and items appear to others is a tremendous advantage. I also like how the weblist picture now shows on the list, rather than just on the edit page. (It should be bigger though.)

Good idea with the adding 3 items thing.

Once again I feel that there is too much scrolling involved because of the large type, but the ability to add 3 items for rating at a time instead of just 1 will make creating weblists much easier. Finally a change that I really like.

It's much more thorough and clear, I think. My guess is that we'll see a lot fewer garbage one item lists now that we require at least three items. I also think the Weblist tags has the potential to be cool.
