Milo Pressman 1

Milo was a strange character who was only around for the 1st season. When one of the first characters was killed in the first season, he showed up and took her place in CTU. Its bizarre to me that they would just bring in some contractor at a moment's notice, and he would be immediately cleared to handle all of this top secret business. I didn't buy him as a legitmate character at all.
