Ryan Chapelle 2

I hated how Ryan Chapelle's character was seemingly always trying to stop Jack Bauer and other CTU employees from solving the problem. I know he represented the beauracracy of government getting in the way of those who actually do the work, but his character was still just absolutely annoying. He also went out like a loser too.
