 | Djahuti (54) 04/25/2006 | Every once in awhile,I just have to have a steaming plate full of spaghetti & meatballs (or meat sauce).Marinara Sauce is a favorite,with some parmesean & dried,crushed hot peppers...mmmm...Then,if I'm in a meatless mood,Spaghetti also rocks with Olive Oil & Garlic...I'm gettin hungry just thinking about it!

 | Drummond (54) 04/24/2006 | This is of course the classic - and the choice of kids all over. The great thing about this pasta is that you can test it to see if it's done by throwing it against the wall. If it doesn't stick, it's done.
So many ways to prepare pasta besides the classic red sauce.
