"The Riverside Killer" – William Suff, U.S. Serial Killer 4

I am the great-grandmother of cherie payseur.I never missed any of william suffs' court hearings yet when i viewed the articles on him from the beginning til now (i am notified every time he submits an appeal) and never knew or was informed that my great-granddaughter had been violated with a plunger in her vagina. regardless, i did not appreciate the extra information being placed out to the public nor do i appreciate not being informed of the severity of his cruelty and sick actions toward her or any fo the victims regardless of their "occupations" and drug involvement. I am glad he is not out there to harm and violate any one else. he is,was and will always be a demented/deranged individual and should be executed as per the law instead of being played with like all the other men and women on death row awaiting execution. i am very curious as the why the Supreme Court and appointed judges refuse or delay signing and appointing execution dates on william suff and the others waiting for execution. it is costing us money everyday they are in limbo as well as every day our governor is in office doing his cutbacks to cover his and the presidents misuse of the hardworking money that we have earned and the medical that we are entitled to.it just isn't fair! i honestly don't know what has gone wrong in our world today. we're damned of we do and damned if we don't....i also have read in many legal documentations where prisoners on death row are appealing because they have not received a date for their execution. why haven't they been dealt with and in a timely manner (as our court systems and law books say)?Texas doesn't play around. for that matter,alot of states are on it and by the book. California (the great and honest state of all states-snk-snk)doesn't appear to know its' a-- from it's brains. but then that is just my opinion and as they say "opinions are like assholes>everyone has one". well i still have plenty to say but i think this is enough because my heart can't take too much anger and excitement these days.
