Victor Drazen 5

Victor Drazen was the character who Jack has supposedly killed in Bosnia several years before the show started. However, he surprisingly emerged under the custody of the US government right in front of Bauer's face. I think this character was great because Dennis Hopper was able to play him. I'm not certain if the accent was right on, but Hopper did a great portraying Victor Drazen as a powerful and ruthless criminal.
