I was initially skeptical about online study sites. However, after using the website, it totally helped me with my Calculus classes. There are step-by-step solutions to most problems, so it is easy to learn how to get to a particular answer. There's also a Q&A board that allows you to ask a questions that you can't find in the textbook section. It can be a hit or miss, but for the most part, the board is busy and active.

The rates go for $9.95 per month or $49.95 for the yearly account. I read a few reviews claiming that Cramster is a scam, but this is not true at all! All you need to do is cancel your account and you will no longer be billed! It is very simple and you can even chat with a rep online and they will take care of it for you.

I would have failed my Electrical Engineering courses last semester without Cramster. The site has a ton of helpful features. I found the Q&A board to be the most helpful-- when I was stuck on homework problems, I would post them to the Q&A board and people would help me solve them. A+ for Cramster!

I have been using cramster for the last semester and it helped me raise my grade in calculus from a C to an A- and it was so worth the $10 a month. Being able to see all the answers worked out step-by-step has helped me understand how to do everything in less time. The other thing I liked was that if I didn't understand the steps, I would post a question on their message board and people would respond giving me their different view point. This was so much cheaper than the tutor I was paying $40/hr and much more effective.

I tried this site several times. It gives you free access to the odd (?) problems but not the evens. The answers usually come from students and are of varying quality, sometimes bad. In fact, since many text books often have the answers of odd problems in the back, the students who donate answers know what the answer should be and can work their way back and know when they are right. In that way, you get the false impression of the regular quality of the site and the even number answers usually are either missing or very inferior and wrong. You're better off buying the answer guide for the book.

I would have given it 2.5 stars in my experience but they scammed me out of $180 dollars so it drops to one. Let me explain, I have multiple email addresses as many people do - for work, personal, and so on. I bought one month's access in January under one name for $9.99. Then again, under another name, when I needed it again. Finally, I decided to get a one year's access for $39.99. Unbeknowst to me and what I never agreed to, the first two accounts under different email address were getting charged at the monthly $9.99 rate anyway every month.

About 11 months later, when I did the year's end accounting and caught this, I called their customer service. Even though they acknowledged that I had one year's service, they wouldn't take more than the last few months off. They could not explain why I was being charged continually, nor did they justify why they should keep the subsequent monthly charges when the year's subscription was fully paid.

Avoid giving cramster your credit card. It's just a scammy website.

I can't believe how helpful this website has been. It really works around my schedule since I don't have to meet with a tutor anymore. And in addition I have been doing better in my math courses, which is not my cup of tee. The community is amazing, I really am surprised that more students don't know about it. I really think every student should be using this site. At first I was a free member and I just couldn't hold back to become a paid member since I was so happy with the service!

This is a great site for students and it will definitely help you to learn the subject with ease.

Acutally, Cramster in my opinion is a great service site. You can view all the odd-numbered problem solutions right off the bat once you signed up, and if you contribute to the community back by submitting your solutions, answering other people's inquiries, and referring your friends, you can earn points towards awesome prizes.

The best thing about Cramster actually is its customer support. I have submitted 10+ online "tickets" requiring assistance, and not once has it failed me. Cramster says customer satisfaction is paramount, and I fail to see why not.

This was a great service when I first looked into it. However, I soon realized that a lot of the answers posted on this site are either not complete (only part A of a 5 part question), the answers are wrong, or the answers, which are presented in a pdf format, have portions of the work cut off.

For a free service, such mistakes could be tolerable. However, cramster requires you to pay a fee, and it would be best if they could ensure that the quality of their site's answers respects its fee paying users.

deceptive advertising. Half assed effort revealed once you pay for service and get into the website content. you have a 1 out of 100 chance of getting the answer you want out of this website. this shouldn't be called 'cramster' it should be called something like a FORUM for students. even if you want to ask for problem help, unless you help out too (and does a 'cramster' have TIME?) yours won't get answered fast at all, if at all.
