I ordered 48 amber leds from this site. What I recieved was yellow/green. I plugged them all into my breadboard to compare them, and the brightness levels varied extremely. They are absolutely useless, but not as useless as customer service, which is nonexistent. No reply to my emails.

I purchased LEDs from this company, and they were just what I was looking for. A few months later I ordered even more. The ones they sent me were the wrong color. I emailed them about the problem, and they never got back to me. It wouldn't be too big a deal except they weren't cheap, and now I don't have a good source for LEDs.

This company has some decent products, but their technical support and technical information given on their website is not very good.

Their customer service is okay, I had to make some returns and these returns went fairly painlessly. I recieved a full refund for a transformer (that did not perform as well as the advertised specifications) and a replacement for an LED bulb that was not working. They paid for return shipping and gave full refund.

Overall, I say that this company has good products, but their technical support is lacking and the information regarding LED "drivers" on their website is not trustworthy. For purchasing a power supply for LEDs, I would recommend searching for one on www.mouser.com.

50,000 hour led bulbs that both blew out in 100. No response to my email for rma.

I purchased an LED traffic baton from this company. As soon as I received it, the batteries heated up in the light and exploded. I bought a whole new set of batteries, thinking the batteries could have been bad, only to have the same thing happen. Returning anything to this company is a chore. You have to go through an extended process just to get a return number (they won't accept it without one!). "Mary" emailed me saying it was the batteries. I gave her step by step instructions on how to emulate the problem, which she clearly failed to do. It cost me more in shipping to receive and ship this item back than it did to buy the light in the first place. This company has ZERO customer service. IF YOU ARE A POLICE OFFICER, DO NOT BUY THESE LED LIGHTS! THEY'RE VERY CHEAPLY MADE!
