05/09/2006 | Picking AJ Hawk was a solid move for this organization. He's going to be an instant impact player for the organization who brings plenty of value with him. Despite their record last year, they weren't all that bad--many of their games were rather close, but they're still going to be in rebuilding mode this year. This draft class will begin reaping rewards for this organization as soon as next year.

05/02/2006 | Drafting 12 players will create a lot of competition in the Packers camp this year, which should help them come the regular season. Their picks look like good ones too. AJ Hawk is a beast of a linebacker, and 3rd round pick Abdul Hodge is a pretty strong backer too.
