How so much talent could produce so much boredom utterly escapes me.

I finally relented and caught this flick on cable and it wasn't that bad, actually. I always had fun at cocktail parties when women were gushing about how ROMANTIC Clint Eastwood was in this movie, etc. I helpfully stated, "Why don't you encourage your hubby to emulate Clint and then you can have that spirit of romance right in your own home." Well, you'd think I'd thrown a dead cat into the middle of the conversation!
