I agree with LoneUSFullHouseFan. The way TAR works now gives the leading teams an advantage. Although it would hurt the use of the Fast Forward, but not enough to diminish th show at all.

Isn't that called bunching? Teams already start the same time when they share the same flight or wait for the building that doesn't open for several hours.

After giving it some thought it makes sense. Think about it, does being the first to leave really give teams an advantage, particularly when you have to arrange flights at the airport and will just wind up on equal ground with everyone anyway? So why not have them all start at the same time, let's say 12 hours after the last qualifying team arrives. The crew would still have the time they need to set up for the next leg, and the winners would still have an advantage in that they would have more time to regain their strength.
