 | lizziebeggimbo (0) 02/09/2007 | I had to rate a star but if i had the choice i wouldnt...I received my dell dimension C521 desktop on monday 5th feb this week and have had nothing but problems, system running severly slow, then crashing and then now (friday) when i switch the computer on the boot screen appears with "MISSING OPERATING SYSTEM" and dell support have been very unhelpful saying i cannot get an exchange or refund, i phoned support tonight and they are not open until monday i am very angry with this!!! i should have done my homework before buying it feel so dissapointed! I will be looking into this get back to me let me know whats happened with yours?

 | TaraLeigh (0) 01/16/2007 | Dell C521 desktop buying experience the WORST ever. Less then 24 hrs after unpacking my computer, I'm sending it back because IE can't continue running for longer than 10 minutes or with more than one window/tab open. It's ridiculous. And rather than trying to keep the sale, Dell has informed me that my warranty doesn't cover what they perceive to be a software issue. Horrid.
