05/15/2007 | A minor asterisk of the 1970's. Early in the decade they were a symbol of Nixon's mythical hatred of blacks, although it was Johnson's Administration which had begun their prosecution. This was an activist, revolutionary organization which encouraged violence and the eventual overthrow of the US government, replacing it with a Communist regime.
