Moses was great. Relentless on the glass and almost inhumanly sweaty, Moses was a big part of our 82-83 championship.

His time in Philly was woefully short. . .and people still swear that he missed close shots on purpose to pad his rebound stats, but Malone's rebounding, defense, and scoring PLUS his terrific championship year put him at 4-stars on the all-time Sixer list. . .

One of the greatest rebounders of all time, for this alone he deserves a 5. Double digit rebounds seem to be a thing of the past, and that's just too bad.

People seem to think that the 83-83 Sixers, widely regarded as one of the greatest professional sports teams ever, was Doctor J's team. It wasn't. Doc was getting on in age at this point, and played more of a supporting role. The guy who was the heart and soul of that time was fo-fo-fo Moses. He outworked everyone in the league, and absolutely dominated the boards. He was also the sweatiest Sixer of all time.
