Sadly he's a career spare player. He should glimpses of being really good but he never developed. And he had a bad haircut. He flipped it up funny in the front...something wasnt right with it. Personally he needs a buzzcut or something. I like buzzcuts, and its easy to manage. I just wash it and go, no worries.

Van Horn is a nice, average 3-star NBA player. . .but on an all-time Sixer list cannot merit more than a 1 or a 2. . .he represents management's obsession with trying to fill a roster spot with a injured and overwhelmed white players. . .(see Jeff Ruland)
