Alex is a hot and cudddly asshole. I love how he told Izzie"could you keep it down?" in an "I'm still a tough guy but I never like to see your hurt" kind of way. Blondie broke his heart but he still reach out to her.

My only suggestion is to lose the facial hair and stay away from "Izzie sleeps with the patients" storyline.
