Granted, this guy isn't high in the running for Father of the Year, but he appears to be the more stable of the two parents in that family.

Besides that, when he's being compared to serial rapists and killers on this list, he pretty much deserves only one star.

Ok...so the guy has no talent and is using Brittney Spears' money and fame to try and promote himself. Thats bad enough, but the guy is also doesn't seem like a good husband or father. He and Spears supposedly have an awful relationship, and that is after he left another woman who was pregnant with his child in order to marry Ms. Brittney. This guy appears to be extremely worthy of the term scum.
