Surely there are in life greater frustrating moments that these - Except for the 'Heidi' experience, of course!

I hate when this happens, Nascar is finally off, I'm getting ready to enjoy a cartoon, and I'm rudely interrupted by the weatherman(who's credability is questionable, all a weatherman in TX does is say, "It's going to be a hot day tomorrow.") and tells me to prepare for huge rainfall/possible tornados and nothing happens. How do weathermen make bold predictions and are constantly wrong able to keep their jobs?

A very mild annoyance at best as these things go. And eminently preferable to the opposite scenario. That is, that they not tell you about the storm, that the storm does come, and that you and your TV get whooshed into the next county by the tornado.
