Truly enjoyed this restaurant. Excellent food...the trout was superb! The wine list is excellent. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back to DC and share this treasure with my friends and family.

Absolutley the best Turkey sandwich on the PLANET!!!!

Have eaten in the best restaurants world-wide and Ebbitts is on our top ten list. Old school DC but I can still have a terrific Sunday brunch in jeans. The service is great...nice group of people and very attentive without being pushy.

Despite the presence of 'pretentious Capitol Hill types' (Wake Up! You are in Washington DC!) the atmosphere, food, and service are top-shelf. Sunday brunch is awesome.

Long wait for dinner w/o reservations. To be expected. However, the Bar, folks, and atmosphere were superb. Staff and service was superb, as well as the food. We'll certainly go there again.

Great value. Excellent oysters bar and the linguine with clams is the best we ever had. Highly recommended especially for a special occassion. Waiters were very knowledgable and made excellent recommendations.

Try Old Ebbitt's carryout (located next to the restaurant) for lunch & breakfast. It has great food and is reletively cheap.
