HINT: Most "diet" foods are so highly processed they are worse for you than whatever they are supposedly replacing.If you want to lose weight and/or be healthier,the key is MORE fresh veggies,raw in a salad or steamed,complex carbs such as brown rice or whole grains (maybe hot cereal or pasta) and lean proteins.Cut out the soda and drink water.Eat lots of fruit instead of cake,cookies and junk.All of those pre packaged ripoffs and supposed "shortcuts" are just another marketing ploy aimed at people who don't know about good nutrition.(And are too lazy to learn about it).Also,exercise!If you are inactive you'll be fat and out of shape no matter WHAT you eat.All those pills and stuff that promise a "thinner you" with no work on your part are an absolute SCAM!

As Bird wisely points out.. you don't have to eat that stuff. Eat healthy food (including special treats and pure junk) in moderation and you won't ever have to deal with diet products.

Diet food in packets is foul. Whenever you see anything with less calories it means no taste as with most diet food you can't even taste what your eating. Surely eating the correct food and in good moderation is no subsitute if you want to diet. Why waste your money on crap when you can buy it fresh like fruit, veg, organic etc.

I don't like diet food, and it sucks how the makers of diet foods lie, for example: "Low in fat, same great taste!"
